Hello, my name is Jim and currently retired and live in Minnesota.  I will be a regular winter transplant to Arizona.  I've judged about a dozen BBQ contests around Minnesota and Iowa and would like to find a few BBQ contests and/or activities to get involved in around Arizona.  Looking forward to hanging around the forum and web site to learn more of what is going on and getting to know the members a little more.

My Minnesota family is deep in the throes of lefsa making right now. Wouldn't it be easier to make tortillas?

Hey Brian you know they cancelled the Judging class in Havasu in January, no more scheduled in the west except Utah later this year, Diane and I had planned on attending this also, if you hear of any others please let us know and we will do like wise.
