Hello everyone,
Glad to be here.
I am a 20 year culinary professional that had enough of the business and switched professions. I got my first smoker last year. Of course I got the bug now. I love applying my knowledge of classical cooking methods to the world of BBQ. Can't wait to get to know everyone

Welcome to the site.. It took me 25 years to do cut the cord from kitchen  lol
