Thanks for all the welcomes guys. This is obviously a very friendly forum full of nice people. I would love to shoot down to Arizona and do a cook with you all sometime and I will try and make it up to Durango next year. It's only 35 minutes from my house.

Anyway, the shop my grill was built in is at the college that I work for. I'm pretty good friends with the instructor so he fabbed it up for me with his students as a class project. It's the equivalent of a Fat 50 in size. I have really enjoyed cooking on it and I love the "stick burner flavor". I get most of my wood from Texas. My wife's family lives down in the southern part so I'm down there every year and have been bringing back some when I go. I'm sorry for the late reply but have been busy lately and have not had enough time to read the forums like I usually do.
