Hello!  We are starting our 3rd year again in the bbq competition world.  My wife suffered a stroke last year after we competed in the USA BBQ Championships in Vegas, and it put our 3rd year on hold.  Life is stable now, met some great peeps from AZ, we will be doing alot of traveling this year.  Looking forward to seeing some of you out there.  Here is  pic of our new tow rig...
