Hello from Utah.  I have started on the barbecue path 3 years ago and get further addicted week by week.  I am a certified KCBS and UTAHBBQ Judge.  I have competed in one PRO contest and want to continue to learn and be apart of the BBQ culture.  I have a UDS (with a pitmaster-IQ 110 for fun and long cooks(not needed I know)), Traeger Junior, Weber Kettle, and looking to buy a 22" WSM when I can find the new 2014 model.

Welcome Brad. If you are in Utah you should try Bam Bam's BBQ if near Orem. Cameron cooked a few contest with a lot of people here and has helped a lot of us.
