Title: Hello for the East Valley!

I've been grilling for years but I am brand new to smoking - just took delivery of a GMG Daniel Boone! I'm looking forward to reading on this forum and learning the ropes from all you experts who have been smoking for years.

Welcome, Ed. You've come to the right place! I don't have experience with that cooker, but chances are good others do.  :)
