Title: Hello For Kansas City

Hello, I,m new to the Az BBq forum, I have been a Competition Cook for about 19 years and have traveled through out
the US cooking contests.   I just retired from IT (Computer Work) to work full time in the BBQ industry.

I,m the head cook of the Three Little Pigs BBQ Team out of KC. I work with Ace of Hearts BBQ Specialties  (http://Ace of Hearts BBQ Specialties) and
we own the Good-One smoker line.   

So now "its a real job" BBQ full time, all the time.

I look forward to joining in on the website

Welcome once again, we are glad to have you over here.  That's incredible that you now do what you love to do.  Most of us dream of that day.  We wish you the best of luck with it.

We look forward to seeing you online here more and hope to meet you soon out at some of our events.  We have quite a good 2 months coming up to end the year and then we have a few things on the agenda for the first quarter of next year.

Hope you enjoy the site and all it has to offer, we have lots of great members on here and everyone loves talking BBQ and seeing pictures.

If I had a dollar for every time I thought about retiring from IT and going into the bbq business, I could uh........ retire from IT and go into the BBQ business.;D    Ok, maybe not, but I could probably buy a WSM.

WOW!!!! a real bbq hero. incredible that you are a member here in AZ. My brother took some classes from you in LEE summit before the Lenexa 2008 comp. our team did quite well and we owe it all to you. i hope this forum knows about you and your bbq success. my brothers name is Justin from the three angry wives,,, you may remember him.
