Hello everyone one I wanted to introduce myself I'm Robert Everson known as BAM. I'm originally from Alabama home of THE Alabama Crimson Tide!!! Roll Tide Roll.... been here in AZ since 1997 and this is where I call home now. I grew up cooking and working with my family doing BBQ southern style. I got so good at it everyone was always calling asking me to cook for Parties and weddings my wife and I decided to take it to another level and Sarted a BBQ catering company call Bama Bbq 4 Ever Catering. We had a custom 24ft BBQ trailer built in South Georgia and had it shipped here to Az . Most know Mike West of Bbq Island is the man when it comes to picking out the right smoker for what ever your doing. Mike turned me on to a Viking Gravity Feed smoker and a FEC120 to put on the patio of our trailer have to say these are some really nice smokers. So that a little about me.
