Howdy and Happy New Year, We are Duayne and Donna Bellew. Got the Bbq bug a few years ago, have always wanted to smoke meat and eat Q. About 7 years ago I bought my first smoker. It is an offset woodburner from Bbq Galores. Learned how to control the smoke and temps on hthat smoker but it used alot of wood. I still have this smoker, havent used it in a few years. I needed to do a get together for about 60 people and decided I needed a bigger smoker, so I set out to find out how I could just make my own.
It took me a while to find the right propane tank to build one out of but finally found one. 3 months later I had a pretty darn good working reverse flow. Since then I have built 9 more smokers and fine honed the use of them. Nothing bettter than Q cooked on a smoker you built yourself. I know long winded,

I'm the least technical guy around, but it is pretty easy once you figure it out. Just save them to your desktop and then go below where it say "Additional Options."
