Greetings from New Jersey,
I try to become a member of every BBQ forum I come across.  I own a small personal chef operation in Hamilton NJ called "Jersey Devil Barbeque". Also I compete with "Aporkalypse Now" Competition BBQ Team.  I most likely won't get to AZ anytime soon, but you never know.  I'll leave some tidbits every now and then and am always looking for new ideas.  Thanks for having me.
