Great website with lots of good info from folks who are willing to share helpful info. I live in Tucson (Saddlebrooke). I started smoking with a Charbroil Smoking Pro, which I highly modified, but no matter what I did to it I still had problems maintaining temp (it leaked smoke/heat all over the place) but I did manage to cook some good stuff on it and I learned a lot about how smokers work -- or should work. I sold it for half of what I had in it and purchased a Lang 36 patio. I use, or I should say my wife uses, a Weber 22.5 kettle (she's the chicken cooker). I also have a Pit Barrel Cooker, which fits nicely in my motor home. The PBC attracts a lot of attention at campgrounds -- the smell of good BBQ always attracts a crowd!!
