Title: Gettings from San Tan Valley

My name is Sean. I do enjoy smoking meat and sharing it with friends. I have a Bar B Chef offset and a Bradley electric smoker. I have Pork Loins and Shoulders down pretty good. Still struggling with ribs having only one batch so far that I have been happy with. Still haven't braved a brisket yet.

I am interested in doing some competitions, but have a lot to learn. If anyone ever is need of someone to come help, I would be glad for the opportunity to learn.

We have lots of great BBQers and Discussions here and look forward to you jumping in and being a part of it.

We LOVE pictures here, so post up pictures of your smoker and your Food.

Check out this event in February, http://www.azbarbeque.com/forums/freedom-rv-2017/freedom-rv's-16th-annual-hometown-bbq-throwdown/  There are a few guys on there looking to team up for it.  Check with Mike P, he's been around for a while and would be a good person to team up with for an event.
