My name is Sean. I do enjoy smoking meat and sharing it with friends. I have a Bar B Chef offset and a Bradley electric smoker. I have Pork Loins and Shoulders down pretty good. Still struggling with ribs having only one batch so far that I have been happy with. Still haven't braved a brisket yet.
I am interested in doing some competitions, but have a lot to learn. If anyone ever is need of someone to come help, I would be glad for the opportunity to learn.
