hello BBQ nation... I'm writting a post to get some advice from as many people as possible. I'm new into smoking meat and I'm really exited. I'm looking into getting a upright drum smoker. OK what i really need if some advice on WHAT I NEED, and HOW TO START and HOW TO USE IT. Please someone take me under your wings lol-thanks
