Any chile heads out there? Nothing better than some super hot peppers to go with a bbq steak!!!
(and a cold brew)

Hello hydrolics. Welcome to the forum. I like to eat things that will make me sweat, eyes and nose run and make me temporarily lose my ability to speak. The best salsa I ever had was at a friends house in Tucson. He had a variety of chiles and tomatoes growing by his stables. He also always kept a salt shaker in a saddle bag. We would just pick a tomato and a chile. Bite the end off a tomato and stuff it with the chile and shake a little salt on it. Talk aout fresh salsa. That was the best.

My mouth is buring just thinking about that Bear..  :o

Bear's ABT's were the best, he will have to explain them to you, but the basics are stuffed Peppers covered with Bacon...Very Tasty and a pretty good kick to them.

I can't wait to try some more.  ;)
