Howdy folks  Thought I would say hi,Im from tampa fl. I found your site surfing around the bbq sites on the
net. I just bought a second hand dpp fat 50 today after some reseach. Havent had a chance to try it yet
But that will change this weekend. I have been useing a green egg for the last 5 or 6 years so a stick burner
is going to take some getting use too. I have access to plenty of hickery and oak to practice with soo it will be fun.  Thanks Don Hartley

Hope to see you online here sharing your BBQing exploits with us.  Who knows, maybe some day we will make it back there to your neck of the woods for a competition.

Enjoy the site, we have lots of great info and lots of great members.

Welcome to the site. Lots of Diamond Plate owners here, and Mike reps for 'em...You can get lots of DP help here. The Gym has 2, Chubby Hubby uses one, and I can't even remember who else. Force has one--yes? And several more!
I spent 2 weeks there at the La Quinta by the airport while I received training with Kodak a few years ago. Love your town--one of the best meals I ever shoved in my face was at Landry's on the Causeway--Blue Marlin is some fine food! And then I got to hook up with an old best friend in St. Pete. Altogether a great trip.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. I got to try out the fat 50 today. And what a cooker it is.
I cooked variety just to try this cooker out and feed the family of coarse. Desert dog I`m not
sure about the gator in the cookoffs I prefer it deep fryed myself or ground up and made into gatorburgers.
thanks again for the welcome Don

I'm with the health department, and I heard there is a problem with groupers and shrimp there in Tampa. We have to test some, so send 10 lbs of each to this address...

Any chance this'd work?
 ;)

We also discovered there was a recall on Frenchy's Habanero Hot Sauce. Comes in packs of 6 and also being with the Health Dept.; since we have one lonely bottle left here in the desert; you could (MUST) send a case to this address... and we could compare it and make sure the new batch is up to snuff.
