I would recommend coming to take a look at a comp to get an idea of what goes on, as there is an event in December at Tempe. It might be worth your time to drive out.
That is what my wife and I did at an event Taylor AZ. There we met Mike R and Thom (Ask him about the drumette in white sauce) and was the push we needed to jump in.
