Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself...

My name is Steve...and I love to BBQ!!!!

Smoked a 12 lb Brisket this past weekend and flat out killed it....some of the best brisket I have ever had!!!

Welcome, I have a question for you, are you related or know the Midwestern Meats owners? I work at Paragon Medical, Dr. Donald Griner's office, they would know who othat is. I also help out with VRM Pit Crew, Lisa and Crash's team. I have been wanting to contact them to see if they would be will to sponsor us but if you are going to start competeing thats not going to work, lol ;D. You should come out to the event in Tucson at Start Pass and come by to our tent to watch and help out. Its alot of fun and really busy!! Hope to see you out there!!
