Hello and thanks for having me in your forum! My name is Brian and I am a back yard griller/smoker but I go to competitions to watch and learn and the last one I competed in ribs! I own a custom metal fabrication business specializing in custom grills, smokers, and accessories along with auto accessories.

I have been smoking turkeys for about 13 years now and up until last year, I never slow cooked anything else on my smokers other than turkeys. Since then I have ventured into fatties, butts, ribs, chickens, peppers, and more. I have yet to do a brisket but I have one in the freezer when I get the nerve.

I hope to make new friends, hear about your builds, see your pictures, and travel to meet you guys on the road! Feel free to PM me, email me, even call me anytime and shoot the breeze.

Thanks again for allowing me into your family!
-Brian

Brian, welcome once again to the site, great to have you here.

I too can vouch for Brian's quality.  He just sent me a couple of AZBarbeque steak branding irons, they look awesome.  I tried one out the other day when I cooked up some Rib Eyes.  I didn't get it hot enough, but it still worked great.  I will post some pictures later.

I do like the Keg Smoker that he has.  I am going to have to get me one of those soon.  He also makes a great mini smoker that is fully functional.  That is on my wish list as well.

Hope you enjoy the site and all it has to offer, we look forward to seeing you online here and hearing about all of your BBQing experiences.

WELCOME!!

I just looked Huntingdon up on Google maps. I see you're between Alexandria and Rockville. I grew up between Alexandria, (VA) and Rockville, (MD). Looks like some very interesting topography where you are. I went camping @ Catoctin and Cunningham Falls decades ago, before I came out west...Love that smoker for the Smart Car owners...
