The Pit Crew BBQ of CA., Steve and Pam Wilson, has been competing for 6+ years and we have met quite a few AZ Teams over the years. We moved from Anaheim Hills, CA in mid-September to Payson.
When we first started competing, it was for the love of BBQ. At our first contest, we placed 7th in chicken and the hook was set. I have been a member of the California BBQ Association, including two years on the Board of Directors and one year as Team of the Year Commissioner.
We will remain active members of CBBQA, but our main focus will be here in AZ. We will try to attend as many of the AZ events as we can. We look forward to meeting those we haven't met and bonding further with the many friends we have met here in AZ. We are so excited to be here.
