I work in a "freight damaged" type grocery store. We also get ALL KINDS of restaurant equipment. Anyone in the food service business, PM me, and I'll get you the info. We also process stuff from all the local chains.
At least once a month, we get in a ripped-open bag of Mexican Mesquite, which rarely makes it to the sales floor. (Funny how they always make it to my house.)
The economy has both helped and hurt our busines. Product is getting more expensive, but customers are getting more plentiful.
