A Polish family I knew used to roast a boned-out leg of lamb to perfection. This was back in the 70's, so I can't recall the seasoning, but it was good to someone not used to the flavor of lamb. I do think it is one of those meats that used we're either raised on it or you weren't. My family never touched the stuff.

Well I suppose grilled, deep fried, shallow fried, stir fried, baked, roasted, broiled just about covers it, I'll even eat salad occasionally!
