Friday evening the wife & I cooked up a feast, all in Dutch ovens for a Christmas party in Wickenburg for about 90 folks. We had 23 ovens going at one time with Four Cajun-Butter injected Turkeys, Gravy, 4 Spiral cut hams with Orange glaze, Chuckwagon layered potatoes, Rosemary-Garlic Rolls, Green Bean casserole, Stuffing, Pumpkin Cobbler, and Cherry Cobbler (with Ice Cream to go with it). I was one tuckered out Cowboy Cook & Chief Bottle-washer ! Will try to post a few pics

Very cool pics, Dutch!!  Thanks for sharing.

I saw the Camp Chef "ultimate ovens" on the propane stove, but didn't notice any of them on the serving line.

What recipes do you prefer to cook in the ultimates?  (I've used mine to roast chicken and/or game hens with vegetables for the speedy "convection oven effect).

CI Pron!! Love it! Those big ones on the right must weigh a friggin' TON! And that's before filling 'em with stew type foods! I'd have to have a hand truck to move them around!

Looks super there, Dutch!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

We pulled and carved the turkeys before taking them in to the serving line. We have done ribs, roasts, beer butt chicken, in the ultimate turkey roasters as well. Sadly, they quit making them this past year as it seemed to be a seasonal item. Glad I have 4 of them, and if more are needed, friends have a few available for me to borrow.
