Dutch Oven Cooking Workshop
Get in on the fun of Dutch Oven Cooking by attending class and learn how to use those cast iron black pots !! Class will cover starting with the basics, and include you cooking several dishes with guidance from the instructor, and then tasting your successes. No prior Dutch Oven cooking experience is necessary. Gain the knowledge & confidence necessary for selecting the proper ovens, seasoning & care, heat-control for winning dishes, and a host of other Dutch oven tools, and even some great recipe ideas!!
Class is a one day affair approximately 6 hours long. All Dutch Ovens, supplies and food will be provided, but bring your own lawn chair & a notebook might be helpful. Class starts at 9:00am and is limited to 15 participants, so sign up early to reserve your spot today by email to cobweb7513@qwest.net Class will be held at the world famous Rockin 'R Ranch, 6136 E. Cost for the class is $65 per person, or $125 per couple.
Class will be January 8, 2011, or additional classes will be held on the following dates, so pick the one that best fits your schedule:
