Looks like a nice tool, a wok with a southwestern name. Just don't use it like they show to cook crab. That had to taste like burnt garlic with crab.

Awesome..Did you buy yours from SW Disc? Some guys make their own..

Carnitas is just the beginning...Ill get mine in June..Probably plop down a big Philly Cheese steak sandwich

Bought a disc at a farm store in ABQ and then welded a rim and tray on to that.
