Welcome aboard, Barry. I imagine that you did find our Dutch Oven thread. We have a DOG competitor posting here regularly, and I'm sure he'll have info for you. I'm up to 6 CI skillets and 2 DOs, but I still need to get a #8 chicken fryer. That seems like it'd be the best pan for makin' country gravy. I tend to overfill my #8s. I'd like to find a pan of many mini-loaf sized compartments together...dunno if they even make or have made that kind of thing. And are there CI Popover tins out there too?

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Great to be here..Grabbed tix for KCBS event Saturday in Surprise..looking forward to it.. Since I already drink the best whiskey ( 8 Seconds) I'll keep my distance from the tent..I missed the Chandler DOG..(same day as Taco Fest..kinda like to meet the Beer Donkey + the Girls)..I will assume the events form last year will just carry over to '12..

There is a new Cal Ranch Western Store opening this coming weekend, March 3rd in Flagstaff, and I'll be there doing some Dutch Oven demonstrations for Camp Chef, so if you're in the area, stop on by and say hi !
