My water mist box and firebox has some rust on it. I want to get rid of it and any other rust that might be on the smoker. What do you reccommend to remove the rust with?

I typically just brush it with a wire brush, then repaint with High temp paint..

Do what Mike said then after each cook, if you see any areas where the paint has come off, spray it with Pam.

Did this and it turned out pretty good. I'll keep some Pam handy. Thanks for the info.
