Title: Pig on a FAT 70?
Post by: Bill Bain on October 15, 2010, 05:30:27 pm
I am quoting a catering job for a pig for 45 adults w/ turkey legs and corn on the cob (pirate theme party) and looking for advise on size, and the best way to do this on a FAT 70.  This will be a drop off because the company is in a commercial building and we can't use the parking lot to cook.  Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I would suggest one parrot per pirate! :)

Aah that's really sad. Well have you got any idea now. I think the building people get agree for cooking in a parking lot. Well, if in case you can use a back side of the building space for cooking.
