Mike I want to thank you for The Fat 50 we purchased from you a little over a month ago. We first used it in the Avondale Comp. and actually got a second place in ribs, which by the way was awesome. Since then we started smoking basically the same foods as competitions plus turkey in it for the Grill and Bar and have had nothing but great reviews. People started asking what we were doing different because the taste was so much better than before(not that it was bad to begin with mind you) . The only problem we have now is trying to keep from running out because the demand since the word got out, which has been only around 2 - 3 weeks (and still is getting out) has been unreal. Our chef won't freeze anything so we are now smoking 4 times a week so everything is and will stay fresh. Do we get a discount on a second one within a couple months of purchasing the first. LMAO   All kidding aside we are extremely pleased with ours and can't thank you enough for what could be a very long summer of SMOKE'N. We are all hooked.

Ken, that's great to hear, I knew you would love it and become addicted once you got it.  I'm glad to hear you all are using it on a daily basis.  I am going to have to get over there to The Gym and enjoy some of that great cooking.  ;)
