Title: How many ribs on FAT 40

Can somebody tell me an estimate on how many pork baby back ribs can fit in a FAT 40 at one time?  Also would like to know Pork Butts if somebody knows?

Brent, without rib racks, you can fit about 26 racks of ribs on at once.  With rib racks, probably double that.

As for the pork butts, depending upon the size, you could fit 28 of them on there.  ;)
