We cooked a few ribs today. you cant see them, but we also threw some chicken thighs in there for practice.

Orlando, check the other 'diamond plate" thread, Justin from Steel City is selling a 60 series for $5000 or thereabouts. Do a search for "Diamond Plate" or check the bottom of the home page for the latest posts.
