hey all does anyone have a cheap Idea for an ash pan?? something to put on the ground under the firebox... just ooking for some easy ideas

Metal garbage can lid (for bullet cookers) or a large metal "cookie sheet" that they use to catch oil in automotive shops (for bigger cookers).

The large metal sheets you can purchase for next to nothing at Walmart.

I also use the full pans I get from Sam's club.

Home Depot and Lowes have some nice galvanized buckets that are various sizes.  Pretty cheap...
