OK, lately, this has been the dessert of choice.

It's very easy to make and very delicious.

Get the premade cookie dough from your grocery store, whichever kind you like.  I've used the Chocolate Chip and the Macadamia Nut ones before and they came out great.

Get an 8" cake pan.

Flatten out the cookie dough in the cake pan

Cook for as long as directed on the packaging.

Add Ice Cream of choice as soon as you remove it from the oven and enjoy one tasty Dessert.

Now this one is a winner...  :D

If you do this same thing but in a well seasoned 8" cast iron skillet with the bottom covered in butter the top of the cookie is nice and moist and the bottom is crispy.
