Title: Arizone Sunshine Lemon Pie

I saw this recipe in the paper a couple of weeks ago. It was as easy as, well, pie and very good. The crazy thing about it is that you use one whole lemon...everything except the seeds. Very short ingredients list: lemon, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla. Dump it all in a blender, then pour into a pie crust.

My wife makes this pie all the time and if you like lemons then this is a must try pie.
