I would like to thanks all that participated in the drawings for Cancer Sucks -- 100% of the money raised is being donated in Monica Benedict of Otis and the Bird BBQ Team. This went very well this year as we raised the bar for ourselves to at least double what we raised in 2009. To quote Vince of R&Q -- Jim if you reach the top of a five foot ladder -- buy a ten foot and keep climbing --- Well we did just that, as you know at Scottsdale we announced the total -------
$6048.00
I need to thank some that really stepped up and help raise this.

Hey Jim, I posted this on another thread:

I would like to say a few things that I can't say when I'm at the stage.....for obvious reasons.

Thank you to Sweet Peppers....Jim and Adrian...for all the work you did all year long to raise money for CancerSucks/Corliss Johnson Foundation in Monica's name.

Amazing that they can take a homemade UDS and turn it into a donation of $6000+ to help people with this horrible disease. Just amazes me. You guys are somethin else!!

And thanks to all the people everywhere who contributed their hard earned money to buy raffle tickets for the cause.

BBQ people are the greatest!! What a great family to be a part of ..... and proud of.

Thank You, Thank You Thank You

Absolutely, Congrats Jim & Adrian for all you do for Charities.

As the award you won last year states, you guys certainly have the Hearts of a Champion.  We are very proud to call you our friends and to know you.

Always willing to help out and support whatever we can.

Great job guys and to everyone who helped out..  Always amazes me how generous people can be...

I would like also to extend my congratulations to those who contributed very well. This is a good way of showing that they are happy helping other people especially those cancer patients. May you continue this very noble endeavor?
