That was HILARIOUS! I've seen that clip used for similar purposes before, always to great effect, but this one is over the top!
(And I don't even know what movie that's out of! Valkyrie?)

After a moment on IMDB, I have come up with "Downfall", 2004, starring Bruno Ganz. If anyone cares. :)

I had seen that on the GoAzCats forum.  It certainly is hilarious.
