Just wanted to post this recipe:
14 oz Fage Total 5% Greek yogurt
2-1/2 TBS tandoori spice blend
1 tsp garam masala spice
1 TBS lemon or lime juice
1 cup water - approximately
2 bone-in chicken breast quarters without wing
Combine all but water in a bowl. Blend well. Add water gradually until marinade is consistency of heavy cream.
Add chicken in a single layer - change bowl if needed to do this. Marinate in fridge at least overnight or for up to 24 hours.
Grill as desired.
