How far at 75 on the manifold? Will a straight 6 cook faster than a V-8? Could I eat by Wikieup, or do I have to go to Kingman?

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Remember the show "Monster Garage" with Jesse James? They solicited ideas for future episodes on their website. I suggested laying a split pig across the block of an old Buick Roadmaster-- the original "Road Hog". The engine would be modified like those that run on fast food grease...except this would run on the pig fat runoff. After a drive from the desert heat to the SoCal shores, they'd have a roasted pig ready for a beach party. O0 Gee. I can't imagine why they never wrote me back. ::) ;)
