Title: Horseradish Hot Wings Recipe

Horseradish Hot Wings Recipe
 
 
2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings (cut  joint at wing tips )
1 Lemon Juice
1/2 c Ketchup
5 tb Prepared Horseradish
3 tb Olive Oil
1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
5 1/2 ts Tabasco Sauce
1/2 ts Ground Black Pepper
 

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.
Knead occasionally for 2 hours.
Cook on a grill
Cook for 10 minutes, then turn and baste with marinade.
Cook and additional 10 minutes or until done.
Be careful not to over cook.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.

Man, that must have a kick to them....

Never tried Horseradish wings... Sounds interesting..  :D

Oh Boy, I love Horse Raddish, I'm going to have to give this a try!

I tried this recipe this past weekend, and those were some tasty wings. I violated rule number 1 (drinking homebrews before the marinade or rub is made), and put a little extra tabasco sauce(TBLS-tsp, whats the difference?). They were still good.
