Wal Mart, of all places, has a great selection of wood chunks by Western. I got Stubbs charcoal and MAPLE chunks. Good stuff!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

indeed if you want to cook slow then wood is the best. Cooking slow benefit meat to cook properly.

Can you share with us some experiences about Stubbs charcoal after using? What are the Pros and Cons? I am going to get a new one this weekend since I ordered on Amazon
