Hi folks, I just found this site & look forward to joining the community.

I smoked my best ever Thanksgiving turkey with maple chunks from Barbecues Galore a few years ago but they no longer carry maple. Anyone know where I can find some near Mesa, AZ?

Mojo Bricks come in Maple flavor. I hear they work great.

I made this at least 7 years ago.. and my son has not stopped talking about it since, and I have not stopped thinking about it! I am going to make this again this Thanksgiving, and I'm very stoked!
