I was at Standard Restaurant Supply in Mesa on Main, west of Alma School. They have Lokkii BBQ Briquettes on clearance for .79 cents per 2-pak, which claims to provide the same BTUs as 5 pounds of charcoal. They light with a match. I haven't tried them yet, but if they do what they say, it is one heckuva deal. 8)

The store alone is worth the trip. It is easily the biggest one of its kind in AZ.
