just used kingsford red bag all natural kept consistent temps for a long time, w/0 any weird flavor. Chilli and baby back ribs were on the menu... turned out great. give it a try.

I do believe he means Kingsford Competition...WallyWorld/Kmart. usuallly carry it. Prolly hardware stores, too. Is that right, Justin?

Went to Kingsford site, looks like they've made the bag orangeish red, changed from the brown bag they had.... Now says 100% natural on it; don't know if it said that before. Coal is natural...

Home depot has it....and yer right coal is all natural... i just figgured it has less binding compounds than the regular blue bag.
