Well, looks like I joined too late.  But, I used to live over there, and still remember the smell of Huli-Huli chicken being cooked, all over the island, for all kinds of fund-raisers.  (for you non-Kammaina types, Ono means good or great.  Common expression over there was, "onolicious.")

I'll be over to buy a bag, sometime soon!

Currently cooking with a newly built UDS,(thanks to Skouson, my brother) which is my current best smoker.  I've also got a Weber Performer, also from Sterling.  My brothers think I'm CRAZY.  (Strangely, they're right.)
