Dick, I like the way a Kamado cooks ribs because of the flavor that fat hitting fire provides. Plus, it's great that you have that Smart & Final so conveniently close to the house. Nice rib-cooking weather, too!

OUCH!!

Man, I thought my prices (at work) were high.  $7.99 a bag.

But, you've got to get past me.   Although, I've got 5 (6?) unopened bags, and the open one I'm working on.

Seriously, I thought this was going to be about mesquite chunks, not charcoal.
