Bison Burgers on BGE

Hello everyone stayed home this weekend, missing the big lake BBQ fest so figured how else to pass the time so cooked up some Bison Burgers on the New small egg I bought the other day from the guys at BBQ Islands. Yes its number two Egg! Burgers were totally great!

They look great but where they a little dry?  That's the problem I have because they are so lean but then again I don't have a BGE.

where did you get the bison from. I know Bashas carries it from time to time. Also, how did they turn out?

Costco has started selling it and there are a couple of suppliers on the way west side that distribute it and will sell to individuals.

We have Bison meat all the time out here at the IGA in Buckeye.  If anyone wants me to bring some to Scottsdale, fire me a PM and I'll get you set up.

I want to say it's 6.99/lb, but I'm not positive.  I'm too cheap and am still eating elk.
