Title: Pimenton Brisket
Post by: Mark on April 15, 2010, 03:00:13 am
Pimenton is a smoked Spanish paprika. Although this is an oven recipe, it could be prepared in a smoker using ground chipotle in place of the pimenton.

MARK, When i was a kid , my mom use to cook a chuck roast like a seven bone in the oven with paprika applied heavily and it was so unusual but really tasty! Your recipe reminds me of those day's! Mom's not around anymore but my older sister still makes her recipes better than i do and she just lives about 500 feet on the corner of my property! Thanks for taking me back!!! PAT
