Discussion started on

I have a standard Weber rotisserie attachment for my Genesis gasser.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to adapt a UDS to take the rotisserie?

Thanks,

Find the Weber Ring or EZ-Que attachment.  Or you can cut a few small u shaped cuts in the sides of the UDS, attach the Bracket holder and make it work.

I am waiting for the Rib-o-lator to come out for the Weber ring.

Here is some other ideas

Thanks, Toys.

I'll check into the notches idea.  Cheap is better.

I took TOY's advice and cut notches.  Here are the results of my UDS Rotisserie mod.

I'll be cooking a batch of Buckboard Bacon Loins this weekend.  Can't wait.

Looks good to me!  What was it, an hour, fabricating?

We'll see how it runs this weekend.

Currently cooking with a newly built UDS,(thanks to Skouson, my brother) which is my current best smoker.  I've also got a Weber Performer, also from Sterling.  My brothers think I'm CRAZY.  (Strangely, they're right.)

Looks good.  when you are not using the Rotis, just cover up the cuts with a couple magnets.  I steal, i mean get them from pizza joints.

This technique works for me in Gilbert as well.. Typically just prior to a competition I walk into the local Pappa John's  "hey, I can't ever remember you number for delivery, got any of those magnets?  At which point I grab about 20 and leave.

Well, if the Cards do well this Sunday, I'll be doing the same thing.  This Monday, I got an 8 topping pizza, for $8.50  A topping for each TD, and double that if they win.  (Well, they could lose 56 to 60,and we'd still get 8 toppings.)
