Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Here are the three UDS's I just built. Tow are gifts to my son and a great friend who helped me in Prescott. Kinda self serving though as i plan to use all three in Scottsdale in March

Yep all three. After the first build I changed the bottom intakes to 1/2 in nipples. When I had them all at 3/4 I could not get the temp to stay at 225. Kept getting too hot. Also, I used shelf bracket rails and 10in brackets so I can adjust the height above the fire basket. Did a shoulder on the Colts one the other day. Sat at 225 for 8 hours with just a little adjustment along the way. By the way I am definitely doing the Scottsdale KCBS are you?
