At what point do you have too many outdoor cookers? I've got 2 grills, a WSM and a UDS.....and I just bought another 55gal new unlined for a 2nd UDS. That would make 5 cookers. Now, I believe that one starts to "hoard" cats around 6, so at what point do you "hoard" smokers/grills? I should just buy one big one and get it over with!
Anyhow, just as everyone said...after the first build you realize all the things that would make it better. So i'm tackling it this weekend, i'll post the pics. Luckily I didn't go too crazy w/ the first, and w/ UDS's, it doesn't take much to make them run good. Maybe i'll pimp this one out a bit.

I love the logic. I'll run that by the wife, but substitute women for smokers. I'll let ya know how it works out!

Many smokers, yes. More'n one woman--not no...OMFG NO! One wife and daughters is pushin' the envelope!
Most of you have noticed that my wife isn't on this forum...;D
Speaking of DW--Darling Wife--she gets squirmy cuz I have an offset and a barrel, a Weber--$10 on CL--and a Uniflame--which was a birthday gift. I want at least 1 more UDS; one may wish to cook with 2 different types of wood, or do more'n 2 pork butts or 3 racks of ribs. I dare not even broach the subject!
